6 The COMPANY and SCHULE reserve the right to terminate their participation in the Contract by written formal notice within thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of termination. Both parties must take care of all the services agreed upon as part of the work immersion program. Termination is subject to mutual agreement between the parties. IV. RESPONSIBILITY The school, its administrator and teacher, who exercise authority and supervision over the secondary school student located on the partner`s premises, may be held responsible for the student`s actions. Each party shall be liable for any loss or damage resulting from accidents, acts or omissions directly attributable to its fault or negligence that may result in the death or personal injury of persons or the loss or damage of property as a result of or as a result of the parties` performance of the respective obligations under this Agreement. Such liability shall rest with the responsible party even after termination of this Agreement if such loss and damage occurred during the term of this Agreement. DepEd shall not be liable for any loss of opportunity on the part of the Company during the term and after termination of this Agreement. V.
PRIVACY POLICY It is expressly understood by DepEd and the students that all information about technology, manufacturing process, process standards, quality assurance methods, quality standards, production capabilities, raw material procurement, marketing, finance and all other related documents, manuals, operational and technical matters that the company makes available to them will be used exclusively in the aim to educate students become. All such matters are considered confidential and exclusive to the Society, and thus each student hereby undertakes to prevent the disclosure of such information by any of its members to any party outside the Society (see Appendix F) VI. OTHER PROVISIONS The PARTIES expressly understand that the Company is not required to pay wages or salaries, since there is no employer-employee relationship. However, the company is not prevented from providing financial or financial support to the student in the form of transportation costs, food allowances, etc. In determining the existence of an employer-employee relationship, the following considerations are taken into account: (1) the power to recruit; (2) the payment of wages; (3) the power to dismiss and (4) the power to control the employee`s behaviour, with the control test generally taking precedence over the big picture. There is no employer-employee relationship between the student and the professional immersion partner if all of the following criteria are met: 2SORS CONSIDER that to achieve this objective, the SCHOOL must enter into a working partnership with the COMPANY; CONSIDERING that the COMPANY operates in the area where the school is located and has offices, facilities, project sites and expertise that it can make available to the school for the purpose of immersing itself in the work of the students; CONSIDERING that the COMPANY considers a partnership with the school as part of its mission to have a positive impact on the community, especially young people; CONSIDERING that the COMPANY has adopted the Revenue Regulation No. A SHS student must undergo a work immersion in a commercial organization or institution with work requirements related to the specialization. By immersing themselves in the work, students become familiar with the work environment in relation to their area of expertise.
In particular, students are able to: 1. Acquire relevant and practical industrial skills under the guidance of industry experts and workers; 2. appreciate the importance and application of the principles and theories taught in the classroom; 3. improve their technical knowledge and skills; 4. Prepare them to meet the needs and challenges of employment, entrepreneurship or higher education after graduation. The undersigned client (I) agrees to engage WealthStrategies Financial Advisors, LLC (you) to advise on accounts held with FOLIOfn Investments, Inc. (Account(s) under the following terms 4 B. Educational Responsibilities The SCHOOL shall: 1. Identification and indication of the career(s), strands and/or SHS specialisations that will be the subject of the partnership (see Annex D) 2. Make the necessary adjustments to contextualize the SHS topics according to the contributions of the COMPANY.
3. Designate a person who will be responsible for coordinating with the COMPANY and supervising student activities throughout the duration of the work immersion program. 4. Continue to exercise special parental custody in accordance with the Family Code over the high school student while diving into the partner`s premises. 5. Monitor each student`s progress throughout the duration of the work immersion program to ensure that the assignments assigned to each student are meaningful, challenging, applicable to their specific programs, and are able to maximize the quality of the learning experience. 6. Provide the COMPANY with a tool to evaluate the immersion performance of students. 7.
Give the student a final grade if the requirements are met within a prescribed time frame. 8. Ensure that the student adheres to the company`s privacy policies as agreed by the school. (See Appendix F) 9. If necessary, provide signed parental consent forms. (See Appendix G) 10. Provide the COMPANY with a certificate of participation in the SHS program for any purpose. 11. Sign a certificate of acceptance to acknowledge receipt and acknowledge receipt of donations received from the CORPORATION. 12.
